AIR CONDITIONED & HEATED CAT SUITES
We provide a sunny, private inside area of spacious enclosures for cats, each of which contains a cozy sleeping perch (shown at top left of photograph).  Notice the large window with a view!!! This area is completely separated from the dog suites.

FEEDING & MEDICATION
All cats are fed the type of cat food and the number of meals to which they are accustomed at home. Our regular menu consists of palatable premium dry food plus semi-moist and canned foods. Medications are administered between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., free of charge. Once-daily medications are given with the evening meal unless otherwise specified; other medications are given as directed. Fresh water is available at all times.

DAILY INSPECTION
Each cat is carefully checked numerous times daily for general behavior, eating habits, activity level, elimination, attitude, etc., by our heavily experienced staff. Immediate action is taken if any health problem is noted.

PAMPERING
We are pleased to say that cats receive FREE pampering as part of boarding. Each cat is petted and played with to the extent that the cat enjoys it. The pampering is done inside the cattery for security reasons.

VETERINARY SERVICES
We make every effort to contact your veterinarian should the need arise, since he or she knows your cat and has the appropriate medical records. If your veterinarian is unavailable, we contact one of several that are available to us on a 24-hour basis.

GROOMING
ANIMAL INN provides bathing and grooming for cats at very reasonable rates. Our services include bathing, brushing, and nail trimming.

FLEA & TICK CONTROL
Incoming cats are sprayed for fleas if a flea problem is apparent.

IMMUNIZATIONS
We require proof of immunization within three years for Rabies and FVRCP. If your vet recommends additional immunizations or greater frequency, please follow his advice – he knows your pet and his vaccines. We also strongly recommend the FELV (feline leukemia virus) vaccine.

CHECKING ON YOUR CAT --
We have an 800 number which you may use to check on your cat when you are away. The toll-free number is 1-800-688-PETM; that is, 1-800-688-7386. This number is available everywhere except within local area codes (713) and (281).
